Press / Business Contact:
With our unique approach and vision we firmly believe that we are at the front of a wave of technology that will revolutionize the way science is taught from kindergarten to graduate education.
In 2008 our University of Georgia-based group received a Science Education Partnership Award from the National Institutes of Health. This award allowed us to take student engagement and interaction to an even higher level by moving from the passive ‘click and watch' approach to an active ‘explore, measure and hypothesize' model. We began embedding information about biological processes, such as osmosis, diffusion and filtration, into intriguing case studies that engage students, while adding a gaming element that today's technology-savvy student love.
Not only is our approach unique, but so is our team. The diversity of expertise within the company includes scientific content, game design, 3-dimensional modeling and animation, instructional design, and science education. Our products are the result of incredibly strong partnerships with high school science teachers as well as faculty and graduate students in areas such as engineering, physics, veterinary and medical education, and music.
